PRIVACY POLICY
- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered on the Fragola Management website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
- The controller of the personal data contained in the Website is Fragola Apartments Paweł Jaworek, Kraków 31-153, ul. Szlak 50 entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under NIP number: PL6492245896 (hereinafter: PDC).
- In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, ADO operates in accordance with internal procedures and recommendations, which are in compliance with the applicable legal acts in the field of personal data protection, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
- The PDC shall exercise due care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular, shall ensure that personal data:
- are processed lawfully,
- are collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes,
- are adequate and relevant to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed,
- are stored in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
- The PDC obtains information about users and their behavior via voluntarily entered information in forms, for the purposes of:
- responding to users’ inquiries submitted using the contact form, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
- accepting reservations using an online reservation system, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- rendering of services offered by PDC, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- marketing, including distribution of commercial information to an e-mail address, provided that the customer has consented to receive such information by checking the appropriate box in the reservation process, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and the sending of commercial information can be revoked by clicking the appropriate link in the message received, or by sending such a request to PDC’s e-mail address,
- pursuing PDC’s legitimate interest in specific cases, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, such as debt collection,
- The user is informed about the use of cookies upon the first visit to the Fragola Management website. By remaining on the site, the user accepts the use of cookies on the Website. By not changing the settings of their browser, the user consents to the use of cookies by the PDC.
- The change of cookie settings will be effected after restarting or refreshing the session on the PDC’s website.
- Storage of “cookies necessary for the basic function of the Website” is necessary for its proper operation, and in particular, it is required for authentication.
- Cookies necessary for the functioning of the website can be modified by changing browser settings while bearing in mind that changing these settings may result in the malfunctioning of the website.

- Users who, having read the information provided on the Website, choose not to have cookies stored on their device’s web browser, should remove them from their browser after visiting the Website. The Website uses the following types of cookies:

- enhancing and supporting the booking process,
- analysis and collection of statistical data on the use of the website and the online reservation system, in order to improve them.

- PDC may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes (including the automated matching of advertisements to users’ interests and measuring their effectiveness), and the customization of offerings in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions, and entities authorized by law, as well as entities providing services to PDC (including legal, IT, marketing, and accounting services, and other entities participating in the implementation of the requested service).

The user also has the right to modify such data, request their deletion, and limit or stop the processing of the user’s personal data at any time. The right to transfer data is not applicable as no standard has been established for the exchange of such data between hotel facilities.
- In order to exercise the rights indicated above, the user of the Website should contact PDC using the same email address or telephone number they provided on the Website, and submit a request to the following address:
- Any user of the Website has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on a given consent before its withdrawal, by contacting PDC directly or, in the case of technology, by changing the cookie settings.
- Any user of the Website is entitled to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
- The Website may contain links to other websites that operate independently of the Website and are not supervised by the Website in any way. These websites may have their own privacy policies and regulations, which the user is recommended to read carefully.
- PDC reserves the right to amend the privacy policy of the Website, as may be prompted by developments in Internet technology, possible changes in data protection laws, and the development of the Website. Any changes hereto will be communicated to users in a visible and understandable way.
