There is no fixed price list. We consider each property individually. The most important thing, however, is that we charge you on earnings, not on turnover. That means we need to generate a profit before we earn anything.

As our property owner client, you get online access to the booking calendar allowing you to keep track of occupancy and prices.
You will receive a detailed billing of completed bookings once a month.
Yes, only in very exceptional cases.
We have completed lots of renovations and furnished even more apartments. We know what interiors most appeal to Guests, what their expectations are, and what materials ensure durability and timeless chic.
Yes, if you need to use the apartment yourself or wish to make it available for your friends, just call the reception and block the necessary date. Then, just as standard Guests, you will receive confirmation, instructions, etc.
Our listings are featured on major intermediary channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc. We also invest a lot of work and resources in promoting our website on Google, as well as TripAdvisor, Agoda, Trip.
All our apartments are equipped with electronic locks, and Guests check in by themselves using instructions with codes sent to their email addresses. Before check-in, each Guest is required to fill out a registration card.
Yes. For longer stays, we obligatorily perform cleaning service and inspection of the apartment’s condition at least once a week.
If the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, there is no need for additional costs. We take care of the photo shooting and provide hotel textiles.
